Since last September, the U.S. has launched some 49 drone attacks into Pakistan, killing 470 people, according to that nation’s intelligence services. The Pentagon has released the name of the American soldier that was captured in Afghanistan last month. At the same time, the Taliban released a 28-minute propaganda tape in which the soldier said he was scared that he will not be able to return home.
